GTA 6 LEAK – More than 90 videos and images from GTA franchise have been leaked online by a hacker. The content was posed on Sunday 18th September 2022. This is possibly one of the biggest security breaches in Gaming industry. Various clips (many are being removed due to copyright claims as of Monday) from the leak.
As Said by Rockstar Games It remained unclear how the “network intrusion” occurred but confirmed “early development footage” from GTA VI had been stolen. In addition, Rockstar added In a statement on Monday, the company said it was “extremely disappointed to have any details of our next game shared with you all in this way”.
Who Leaked GTA 6 Content?
Moreover Teapotuberhacker claims they were downloaded directly from Rockstar’s internal Slack groups. The user posted a zip file to a GTA Forum, saying “Here are 90 footage/clips from GTA 6. It’s possible I could leak more data soon, GTA 5 and 6 source code and assets, GTA 6 Testing build”
The original posts are not available now on social media. The moderators and Administrators removed them. Rockstar has reportedly issued takedown orders to remove the footage from YouTube and Twitter.
In Which City GTA 6 Coming?
As per the latest leaks of GTA 6 by hackers, The GTA 6 will be coming in the Vice City. They also revealed the game’s setting in a fictionalized version of Miami which was also the setting on 2002’s GTA: Vice City.
New Characters in Grand Theft Auto 6
The leaks of GTA 6 Characters features a White Male Protagonist JASON and a Latina Female LUCIA. Jason has an ability to recognizing valuable loot. A character named Lucia robs a waffle restaurant with an accomplice named Jason. Taking hostages like they’re in Pulp Fiction.
A meter counts down ‘Time Until Cops Dispatched’, and it all looks reminiscent of the robberies in Red Dead Redemption 2, in spite of the mannequin NPCs clipping through objects, placeholder dialogue text like “Jason: GENERIC_CURSE_TO_SELF”, and a cop car that’s been recycled from GTA 5 only with V.C.P.D. written on it.
The Leak was itself confirmed by Rockstar “An Unauthorized Third Party illegally accessed and download confidential information from our systems, including early development footage for the next Grand Theft Auto”
